Delete Your Account & Data
At Lamasat Beauty Salon, we respect your right to control your personal data. You can request full deletion of your account and associated data directly through the app.
How to Delete Your Account
- Open the Lamasat App: Launch the Lamasat app on your iOS or Android device.
- Go to Your Profile: Tap the Profile icon at the bottom navigation bar of the app.
- Find Delete Account Option: Scroll down in your Profile page. You will see the 'Delete Account & Data' option.
- Confirm Deletion: Tap on it and confirm your request. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted.
What Gets Deleted
- Account profile (name, email, phone number)
- Booking history and order records
- Payment information
- App preferences and settings
- Loyalty points and rewards
Data We May Retain
- Transaction records (retained for up to 1 year for legal/tax compliance)
- Fraud prevention logs (if applicable)
