These Terms & Conditions set out the agreements between Lamasat Beauty Salon and every guest who books an in-salon or at-home beauty experience with us. By confirming an appointment you agree to the policies below, which are designed to keep your visit smooth, safe, and genuinely relaxing.
1. Service Eligibility & Responsibilities
- You must be at least 18 years of age to book an at-home service. Minors are welcome in-salon when accompanied by a guardian.
- Please provide accurate address details, access instructions, and any parking information for mobile appointments.
- The space you provide for mobile services must be safe, clean, smoke-free, and large enough for the therapist to work comfortably.
2. Bookings, Deposits & Payments
- Appointments can be scheduled online, through our concierge team, or directly at the salon. We confirm every booking by email or SMS.
- A deposit may be required for high-demand slots, large group bookings, or bridal services. Deposits are deducted from your final bill.
- Payments are accepted via cash, card, or secure online checkout. All prices include standard VAT unless stated otherwise.
3. Respecting Time
- We kindly ask for 12 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel a standard booking and 24 hours for packages or multiple services.
- Arriving more than 15 minutes late may require us to adjust or reschedule your service so we do not impact the next guest.
- No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in a service charge of up to 50% of the appointment value.
4. Health & Wellbeing
- Please inform us in advance of any allergies, injuries, or medical conditions so we can adapt your treatment.
- We reserve the right to refuse or stop a service if we believe it could compromise the health or comfort of the guest or therapist.
- For hygiene and safety, our therapists follow strict sanitation and sterilisation protocols before and after every appointment.
5. Liability
While every treatment is carried out by trained professionals, Lamasat Beauty Salon is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs as a result of providing inaccurate information, ignoring after-care advice, or misuse of recommended products.

We review our policies regularly to keep them aligned with our promise of luxury, safety, and transparency. Any updates will be posted on this page with an effective date.
